Customer inquiry reception

After receiving the customer's inquiry, our salesperson will study the customer's requirements in detail and confirm them again, including but not limited to: product name, specification requirements, product usage, product quantity, etc. For more efficient communication, customers can provide related product pictures and specification drawings, and leave detailed contact information. Kindly guarantee the inquiry content is true and accurate. 

Customer information retention

Our company Suan Houseware Co., Ltd. will record customer details and keep them confidential, and guarantee not to disclose them to third parties. When a customer contacts our salesperson, if the salesperson is dissatisfied, you can make a complaint and change the contact person. Please identify the contact information of the salesperson you are currently following up with. If anyone else who claims to be an employee of our company contacts you privately, please refuse to communicate.

Sample and order quotation

After our company confirms the customer's detailed requirements, we will provide the customer with a formal quotation within 2 hours (there will be a corresponding delay for products with complex processes). The prices are all issued by our professional price verification department, and the corresponding quotation validity period will be provided. The quotation will not take effect until both parties confirm it.
