Project overview: This project is a purification and decoration project of precision electronic workshop, designed according to GMP clean room and national standards for HVAC. The air-conditioning system is a screw-machine air conditioner and a purification combination wind cabinet, with a cooling capacity of 1020RT. Using Siemens automatic control system, the cleanliness level of the workshop is 100,000 clean room. The workshop temperature is controlled at 22-26 ℃, the humidity is 50%-60%, and the total workshop area is about 4500 square meters.

The wall is made of rock wool color steel plate, and the ceiling is made of handmade glass magnesium color steel plate. The door body is made of molded steel, the glass window is made of tempered glass, and the floor is PVC floor. The workshop adopts LED lighting, the illumination is 500 illuminance, and the relevant power failure emergency lighting panel is equipped. Process air piping and industrial sockets.

This project belongs to the general contracting project of decoration, purification, electromechanical, weak current, fire protection and so on. It is the second cooperation between Zhuowei Purification Company and customers, and the construction period is 60 days. As of now, it is still under normal construction.

The acceptance of purification and decoration project is divided into three stages, namely empty state acceptance, static acceptance and dynamic acceptance. Empty state acceptance refers to the inspection and acceptance of the condition that has been completed and the machinery and equipment have not yet entered the site. Static refers to the detection of machinery and equipment entering the site but not running and no people moving. Dynamic refers to the detection of the normal movement of the relevant personnel when the machine is running. The three inspections are carried out gradually, and all three inspections are qualified, that is, the inspection of the clean room is up to the standard.
