This means that the effect of cooling crystallization and precipitation of sodium sulfate below 40 ℃ will be very obvious. If it is reduced from 30 ℃ to 10 ℃, 31.8 g of sodium sulfate will be precipitated in the saturated solution corresponding to 100 g of water, with a precipitation rate of 78%. It can be seen that for sodium sulfate solution, cooling crystallization has lower energy consumption and better effect than evaporation crystallization.

3. Product Feature And Application of Sodium sulfate crystallization system
The sodium sulfate solution in the solution storage tank passes through the heat exchanger and is precooled with the low-temperature and low concentration mother liquor separated by centrifuge. The low-temperature mother liquor is heated and returned to the crusher sorting system as the system make-up water. The sodium sulfate solution enters the thickener, which is equipped with scraper and cooling coil, with external insulation layer. The refrigerant is circulated in the cooling coil, and the cooling capacity is generated by the refrigeration unit. Sodium sulfate is cooled and crystallized in the thickener, the concentrated phase at the bottom enters the centrifuge for separation, the solid from the centrifuge enters the dryer to remove the crystallization water, the mother liquor enters the mother liquor pool, and the mother liquor in the mother liquor pool is pumped to the heat exchanger to pre cool the sodium sulfate solution. The dryer uses the hot flue gas of the furnace as the heat source to remove the crystal water from the sodium sulfate decahydrate crystal to obtain anhydrous sodium sulfate. The sodium sulfate enters the storage bin and enters the packaging after cooling.
