Slag casting machine

The slag casting machine is used for casting ingots of lead oxide slag. After cooling, the slag ingots are removed from the slag casting mold, or stored or transported away. Multiple casting slag molds are fixed on the chain and supported on the track by rollers. As the chain moves, the casting slag mold slowly moves at the same time. Liquid hot slag flows into an adjustable angle chute from the smelting furnace, and is continuously and evenly injected into the casting slag mold through the chute. After slow cooling, the slag ingot is released from the casting slag mold at the head wheel. The slag casting machine is inclined at a 4.0 ° angle to the ground. To prevent possible reversal, a backstop is installed at the other end of the output shaft on the small reducer of the head wheel transmission device.

The slag casting machine is equipped with a cooling water spray device. If necessary, the slag ingot can be accelerated to detach from the slag casting mold through vibration. The demolding vibration adopts a pneumatic mechanism, and the pneumatic components are controlled by a two position three way electric control stop valve. The pulse signal of the control valve is obtained from the proximity switch at the head wheel axle end, and the gas supply time lasts for 1 second and can be adjusted before entering the next cycle. By variable frequency speed regulation of the slag casting machine driving motor, the running speed of the chain can be adjusted, thereby adjusting the cooling time of the slag ingot. Ensure the safety of the equipment by providing overcurrent protection and torque limiting coupling for the drive motor of the slag casting machine. The operation of the slag casting machine should be interlocked with the rotation of the tilting packaging upper rotating frame.
